All sales are final once the scooter package had been opened unless defects have been found.

For the X-treme Electric Scooters, returns can only be authorized by the manufacturer's technical support department. To contact technical support, you must open a scooter support ticket by calling 1(402) 603-4445. A tech will return your call or reply to your ticket the very same day.

 For Razor Electric Scooters, contact the Razor Corporation at 1(866) 467-2967 or us at 1(406) 860-6738 and we will contact Razor to get you taken care of.

CANCELLATIONS:

For Razor Scooters, just send it back without opening it.

For X-treme Scooters, call the manufacturer above or us.
