Call Customer Service at 1-866-467-2967 Please have your model name, serial or bar code number and retail receipt handy when contacting Razor regarding your warranty. Kick Scooters Razor warranties our kick scooters to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheels, hand grips nor any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the product. This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever: • used in a manner other than for recreation; • modified in any way; • rented. The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product. Electric Products Razor warranties our electric products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tires, tubes or cables nor any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the product. This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever: • used in a manner other than for recreation; • modified in any way; • rented. The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product. Ramps & Rails Razor warranties our ramps and rails to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear nor any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the product. This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever: • used in a manner other than for recreation; • modified in any way; • rented. The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product. Extended warranty Razor does not offer an extended warranty. If you have purchased an extended warranty, it must be honored by the store at which it was purchased. Trick riding affecting warranty. The warranty is meant to cover the product for normal wear and tear. If you decide to use your product in a way that puts extraordinary stresses on the product, you will lose any warranty rights if the product fails due to misuse. We strive to design and manufacture our products to conform to applicable standards, but everyone must recognize that no product could ever withstand every conceivable strain or abuse. Registration to activate warranty Your warranty begins automatically when you purchase your Razor product. There is no need to register for warranty coverage. If you are a resident of Canada your product information packet contains a mail-in registration card as required by Canadian law. This registration has no effect on the validity of your warranty. Warranty requests will only be honored with proof of purchase. Please retain your original store receipt and keep it in a safe place. NOTE: All warranty periods are measured in calendar days and begin immediately at date of purchase. Warranty coverage will not be extended, even if the product was purchased in advance for a gift or in storage during the winter months.
